The hotel had beautiful decor that combined modern and classic styles. the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with well-appointed bathrooms. the location was convenient for exploring the nearby chalk cliffs. the breakfast was excellent and included champagne, which was a nice touch.
We arrived on a day when the hotel restaurant was closed, which was disappointing. we were initially confused about restaurant hours and ended up missing the opportunity to eat there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The unexpected sun terrace was a bonus as all we wanted to do after a long drive was lie in the sun, and we hadn't expected to be able to do so in a town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a fine dining area and generous outdoor space. The house has been creatively restored, and the period furniture combined with modernistic bathrooms gave the place a stylish and thoughtfully designed feel. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a varied offering and excellent coffee service.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the surrounding area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room amenities were fantastic, with a comfortable bed, a well-stocked mini-bar, and a spacious sitting area where I could relax. The terrace was a great addition, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful weather and take in the picturesque garden views. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV for my convenience. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with a dedicated handicapped parking spot and ramp to the building. the staff is helpful and readily assists with luggage. the spacious and well-appointed bathrooms are a highlight, offering a luxurious experience. the breakfast is varied and includes excellent coffee service and house-prepared lightly smoked fish.
Some guests may find the faux marbling decor throughout the hotel, rooms, and restaurant to be excessive.
